The Washington family says, "Thank you" for your prayers, financial and moral support for our daughter Christin with her opportunity to attend the Presidential Inauguration of our great President, Barack Obama.
Christin did attend the inauguration, seminars & workshops, saw the sights, and had a woderful time. We were able to take some photos and video, which will be posted at her website, "Christin Goes To Washington," soon.

We Extend Our Heartfelt Gratitude...
The Ambassador Mother Queen Ruth's Homegoing Celebration which took place Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Leak & Sons Funeral Home, 7838 South Cottage Grove Ave. Chicago, IL. - WAKE: 9:00 a.m. FUNERAL: 10:00 a.m., Officiated by Prophet Jacob Washington (Her Son and Leader) of the New Covenant Coptic Temple - was a tremendous success, celebrating the well spent life of the Ambassador Mother Queen Ruth.
Friends and Family came out in great numbers and many with teary eyes shared personal accounts of how the Ambassador Mother Queen Ruth touched their lives, encouraging them to stay strong and keep the faith no matter what.
There was a great host of Coptic and protestant Christian clergy present who shared excerpts from their encounters of the highest kind with the great Queen Ruth and spoke words of life from God's Word to the family and all in attendance. Oh yes, it was a high-time of Praise and Reflection on the goodness of the I Am God working in the precious life of the great Matriarch of the New Covenant.
She will be missed but never forgotten, alive in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Prophet Jacob, the Imperial Candace Queen Michal and the entire Washington family sincerely thank each and everyone of you, who came, extended words of condolence and encouragement, prayers, flowers, finance, support of any kind during their hour of bereavement.
May the example of Ambassador Mother Queen Ruth's surrendered life in service to the I Am That I Am God continue to be an inspiration to all of us.
